AI education built around the work your people already do.
STREA Institute is developing practical AI education for organizations. We help people use tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude in their everyday jobs, with good judgment and without putting the organization at risk.
01The Institute
STREA Institute is the education and workforce-development division of STREA.
In many organizations, people are already using AI at work, some openly and some not. Policies are unclear, the tools change every few months, and nobody is sure what good use looks like.
We think there’s room for something between a one-hour webinar and a technical course: education that starts from a person’s actual role, teaches the habits that make the output trustworthy, and then checks whether anything got better.
That’s the education we’re developing, and we’re shaping it with the organizations that tell us what their people need.

02What it involves
Workplace AI education, in six parts.
- 01
AI literacy for the workplace
What these tools are, what they’re good at, where they fail, and how to tell when an answer shouldn’t be trusted. Enough understanding to use them without mystique or fear.
- 02
Responsible and secure use
What can and can’t go into a prompt. Client data, contracts, personal information and your own policies, turned into habits people actually follow.
- 03
Applied skills for everyday work
Drafting, summarizing, analyzing, planning and preparing, practiced on the tasks people in a given role really do instead of on toy examples.
- 04
Team education and adoption
New skills fade when one person learns them alone. Teams need shared practices, a shared vocabulary, and managers who know what good use looks like.
- 05
Human judgment and collaboration
Deciding what to hand to an AI, what to check, and what to keep. The tool drafts, and people stay accountable for the result.
- 06
Measuring whether it helps
Training should be judged by whether people work better afterward. We plan to agree on measures with each organization before starting, and report honestly on what changed.
A tool can draft the memo in seconds. Someone still has to know whether it’s right.
03Where it applies
Work where documents are heavy and mistakes are costly.
These are examples of the daily work we’d start from, not case studies.
Real estate
Listing descriptions, market summaries, client follow-up and contract review, alongside real questions about client confidentiality and accuracy.
Construction
Bid and scope documents, RFIs, meeting notes, safety and compliance paperwork, schedules. A confident wrong answer in a contract or on a site has a cost.
Energy and industrial
Procedures, incident and maintenance reports, technical documentation and regulatory correspondence, where operational data raises the bar for what’s shared and what’s checked.
Professional services
Research, drafting, analysis, proposals and client deliverables, where confidentiality, accuracy and professional accountability are part of the product.
Other organizations
If your people write, read, analyze or decide for a living, AI is probably already in the room. Tell us about the work and we’ll talk about whether we can help.
04The tools
- ChatGPT
- Microsoft Copilot
- Claude
- And others
We expect to teach with whatever your organization already uses and has approved. Products change quickly, so the emphasis stays on habits that carry from one tool to the next.
05The next step
Tell us what your team needs.
Which tools are people using? Where are they unsure? What would you want to be different in a few months? Start with whatever you know. We’re building the Institute’s programs around what organizations tell us, and the first conversation commits you to nothing.
